Dory Willer, founder of Beacon Quest Coaching in 1998, specializes in business success, career and life renewal coaching. Guiding professional and personal potential, Willer assists people of all ages in designing their lives and businesses full of purpose and passion.  Her organization offers individual coaching, group team coaching, conference & corporate workshops, inspiring keynote speaking engagements, and private retreats.

Dory Willer is a certified individual & organizational coach, and a nationally recognized expert on aligning business strategies with individuals, and individuals with right livelihood. Her professional career spans twenty-five years of global corporate Fortune 100, nonprofit, and government experience in senior executive, board of directors, and professional leadership positions. Dory coaches business professionals and management teams to new levels of business success, teens to launch their first chapter of adulthood, and is a prominent international speaker and published author of three books by McGraw-Hill. 

As a certified executive, business & life Success Coach, Willer draws on her 23 years of counseling and human resource executive experience assisting clients with finding and clarifying their current life purpose and vision, then strategizing to make it a reality through a structured process of creative discovery.  Dory possess a high level of energy that is inspiring to her clientele, as she probes and challenges clients to achieve the greatest version of the grandest vision they have for themselves.  She holds a B.S. in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco, and has graduate degree in career development from John F. Kennedy University.  She received a Human Resource Executive certification from Stanford University and a Senior Professional Human Resource certification from the Society of HR Management.  Willer is also a certified Outplacement Counselor, International Teleclass Leader, Life on Purpose Coach and Dream Coach®.  Her professional certification in individual and organizational coaching was obtained from the acclaimed Hudson Institute, Santa Barbara, CA.  Additionally, Dory is licensed to coach Best Year Yet!® , The One Page Business Plan® , Thinking Into Results® , Create Your Vision Now 0® , Dream Coach® , and LifeGuides® programs.

Prior to founding Beacon Quest Coaching,, Willer held the position of Human Resources Vice President and various human resource management positions for a mid-size international company and a blue-chip Fortune 100 corporation.  She holds several board positions for non-profit organizations, and is a former mentor in the W.O.M.E.N. Unlimited program.  Her probono work focuses on helping foster youth design lives through the SOAR for Youth Program at U. C. Berkeley.  Willer is past president of the International Coaches Federation East Bay Coaches Chapter, and a former member of the World Association of Business Coaches and the National Speakers Association.  She also has the distinct honor of being listed in International Who's Who of Professionals™, and International Who's Who of Entrepreneurs™ directories.
